Do you have trial makeup for Weddings, and do I need to provide anything?
Yes - I provide a consultation and trial service for Weddings. Please see my treatments for prices. On the day, we will discuss your makeup in detail, but prior to this you could send me images of your dress, makeup that you have previously worn, and any internet or magazine articles or images that you feel would be useful. Please ensure that you do not wear any makeup on the day of the trial.

How long do treatments and trials take?
Treatment can take between 30 and 90 minutes, and depend greatly on the environment and the type of makeup treatment you are having. Trials will normally take 90 minutes, but some of this time will be spent discussing your thoughts for the event.

Should I do my hair before I have my makeup done?
It is recommended that you have any hair work done prior to your makeup. Unless your hair is preventing the use of applying the makeup, your hair will not be touched, pinned or clipped.

How many people can you cater for?
As many as you like! Provided the time constraints can be taken into consideration for the amount of people in your party, I am willing to cater for as many wishing to have treatments.

I have sensitive skin - will your products be suitable for me?
Yes - this is always taken into account prior to applying any makeup. I have undertaken substaintial training to ensure that any skin conditions or allergies will not be affected during any treatment. If you are at all concerned, please contact me for further details.

Are you insured?
Yes. I am fully insured with appropriate indemnity cover. I am also an associate of the Guild of Beauty Therapists.

What hygiene precautions do you take?
My make-up kit is regularly cleaned, and all of my brushes are sanitised after every treatment, and I never blow on my brushes! I also use disposable mascara wands and sponges, and apply antibacterial hand gel before and after each client. I will use disposable spatulas to decant make-up such as lipsticks.

Do you take a deposit for bookings?
For Weddings and Group bookings, a deposit of 20% is required at the consultation or trial. This will ensure that your time and date for the event is booked. All other single-person treatments are paid for in full on the day.

Do you offer any discounts?
Group bookings may include a discount depending on the size of the party - please contact me for further details. I am also open to discussing discounts for regular uses of my treatmtent services.
